realtime.library jump table

Our open realtime.library: 10 calls with the same LVOs and registers as AmigaOS 3.2's, checked against the NDK 3.2 .fd file.

realtime.library's jump table, as OpenRealTime builds it: LVO, call, registers, then the core class (OPEN_LIBRARIES.md section 5) as a comment. build-amiga.sh (with ../common/check_fd.py) checks the first three columns against the NDK 3.2 realtime_lib.fd in the stove and stops on any difference; openrealtime_lib.c's lib_vectors[] follows it line for line. OS 3.2's library has five more vectors past -84 (lib_NegSize 116); they are private here and answer 0. locked: the conductors and players, behind LockRealTime's semaphore and Disable() against the tick; anchored: the timer is a CIA's, and the tick its interrupt on the 68k.
