Our open ramdrive.device: 2 calls with the same LVOs and registers as AmigaOS 3.2's, checked against the NDK 3.2 .fd file.
ramdrive.device's own functions, after the device vectors (Open -6, Close -12, Expunge -18, reserved -24, BeginIO -30, AbortIO -36): LVO, call, registers. build-amiga.sh (with libraries/common/check_fd.py) checks this against the NDK 3.2 ramdrive_lib.fd (##bias 42) in the stove and stops on any difference; openramdrive_dev.c's dev_vectors[] follows it line for line.
