datatypes.library jump table

Our open datatypes.library: 23 calls with the same LVOs and registers as AmigaOS 3.2's, checked against the NDK 3.2 .fd file.

datatypes.library's jump table, as OpenDatatypes builds it: LVO, call, registers. build-amiga.sh (with ../common/check_fd.py) checks this against the NDK 3.2 datatypes_lib.fd in the stove and stops on any difference; opendatatypes_lib.c's lib_vectors[] follows it line for line. NDK 3.2 keeps -120..-132 private and nothing public from -144 to -252 (the V45 calls start at -258). Ours fill some as the comments say (where the V44/V45 headers had those calls: an ABI test PROBE records what OS 3.2 has there); the rest answer 0.
