carddisk.device jump table

Our open carddisk.device: 17 calls with the same LVOs and registers as AmigaOS 3.2's, checked against the NDK 3.2 .fd file.

Copyright (c) 2026 DalsinAI. MIT. card.resource's calls, as opencarddisk_dev.c makes them: LVO, call, registers, and after the # whether carddisk.device calls it. Checked against the NDK 3.2 card_lib.fd (##bias 6) by build-amiga.sh with ../../libraries/common/check_fd.py. carddisk.device has no calls of its own (only exec's device vectors: Open, Close, Expunge, Null, BeginIO -30, AbortIO -36).
